Do these symptoms mean I need to change to a higher dose?

I started on Evorel patches about three years ago - I was experiencing shorter, lighter periods, low mood and tiredness like I'd never felt before. The patches seemed to sort all this out, but recently I've been having more symptoms including awful motion sickness when I use buses and cars, brain fog and I stink! - I've never had issues with BO but suddenly I absolutely reek, despite not changing anything with regards how often I wash. I haven't had a period for four months either.
Do I need to see my doctor to get my dosage adjusted?

I think you should investigate the new symptoms you are experiencing as something independent of menopause. A sudden inset of motion sickness and changes in body odour might be signs there is something else going on

Thanks for your reply. I have put in an online request to the GP, so hopefully I should be able to discuss it with them soon.
