Got a tiny bloody sore on inner labia after going our bike riding for the first time in a couple of months. I’ve noticed more vaginal dryness recently. I’ve heard the skin can be more suitable to tiny tears etc. anyone else go this going on? So annoying as where the cut is it’s get irritated by my underwear which is exacerbating the situation.

Have you tried vaginal estrogen? It’s so helpful for this - the dryness and atrophy.

Totally agree and consistency with vaginal estrogen is key. Also, using an emollient (vaseline/cetraben) during the day and cotton knickers/ loose trousers will assist with comfort too.

Vaseline is your friend here. Just a small amount slicked on your flaps after a shower. Honestly think that was the best tip I ever read online.
