Changing to oestrogel and confused !

Currently using evorel sequi patches but picked up prescription today for oestrogel and progesterone pills.
my periods on the patches have been a bit irregular can be anything between 22 and 30 days apart.
so , if I’m supposed to take the progesterone on days 15 - 26 of my cycle and it’s a 22 day cycle, then do I carry on taking it into days 1-4 of the next ?

Ignore all thought of your cycle.
It's all about the HRT cycle.

Start the progesterone on the exact same day each month such as the 20th.
Take for 12 days. Stop. Start again on the 20th of next month. You may bleed, you may not. Irrelevant. Keep the utrogestan to the same day each month and you'll be fine.
