As the title says Im craving sugar /sweet things all the time.
Ive always had a sweet tooth at the best of times but even when Ive had something sweet Im still craving more.
Im making sure Im eating protein fats and fibre at every meaI and drinking loads of water, exercising & sleeping ok most nights. I cant go on like this Im worried about long term implications. Im eating way too much but cant seem to stop myself.
Anyone experienced same & how do I stop cravings. Is there any supplements that might help?
