I cant really process a lot of information so have googled but its a lot to wade through

Is it a load of old wives tales and guff or are there actual benefits, will it refresh my brain and take away this semi dementia I seem to have!!

And if there is some benefit to it, whats the best format to take it in, I see it comes in a 'coffee' although not sure if that is actual coffee or capsules but Im on a shit load of supplements already so to add yet another thing in which I'll forget to take is a bit much

I take it as part of this bundle which I bought as a bit of a last resort cos I was sick of feeling terrible and brain foggy even having increased my HRT dose. I take the magnesium and calm tablets at night and the lions mane and turmeric in the morning, as well as a multi vitamin and cod liver oil tablet. I had to buy one of those weekly pill organiser so I remember what to take and when! https://www.nutritiongeeks.co/collections/bundles/products/meno-support-bundle

Just a heads up for anyone else interested in taking this. If you take blood thinning drugs for blood clots or have an auto immune condition then do NOT take this until you have spoken to your GP.

I was looking into this for myself (plus others such as Starflower as i can't take HRT) and most can't be taken if you have either of the above.

The best thing I've found for myself is decent iron and B12 supplements.

I take this daily, just the tablets from Amazon and I do think they help. They helped massively when I first started which may have been a placebo effect but over time the effects have been sustained. I can think much clearer now, don’t really forget any words and my confidence and memory have improved.
I also take creatine each day. I slowly worked up to 5g powder daily in my protein shake and I find this to possibly have been even better than Lion’s Mane. Makes a huge difference!
On testosterone too which is supposed to help.
