First month taking HRT…I wet myself in public twice on days 14 and 15 of my cycle and then have been touch and go ever since. I had a slight problem before but always managed to get to the toilet on time. Here’s what I’m taking;
Estriol cream 1mg applied topically every day for first two weeks and then every other day ongoing
Vagifem Estradiol 10 micrograms pessary every day for first two weeks and then every other day ongoing
Evorel 50 patch replaced every 4 days
Utrogestan 200mg capsules taken day 15-26 of cycle
Any advice from seasoned HRT ladies before I go back to my GP (who are notoriously difficult to get hold of)?
