I'm showering twice a day atm 🫤

Have tried Bionsen and also FitPit but nothing is keeping this stink at bay for very long.

Would love some recommendations please x

Mitchum

Mitchum powder fresh stick is wonderful!

Also, on another thread recently I saw that washing with antibacterial soap really helps too if the pong keeps coming back. You might want to scrub some on your clothes before washing them too in case the smell is trapped in your clothes and keeps being reactivated.

Best of luck,

If you like a “just stepped out of the shower/clean” scent then Gillette Cool Wave Gel is absolutely amazing. I never have to reapply through the day and I’m always being complimented on how clean I smell. It’s for men but I’ve been using it YEARS.

I'm usually a Sure maximum protection girl but I ran out last week and had to buy a cheap Aldi roll on. It's amazing it was 89p v £5 that I usually spend. I don't sweat at all and there's no peri sweaty whiff.

Wash with bar soap, rather than shower gel. Game changer.
Benzoyl peroxide is supposed to be good too.

Sure maximum protection. Apply at night when sweat glands are less active, it then is more effective at plugging them…or something, I forget.

I use trust 2 or 3 times a week at night, in addition to daily antiperspirant. Trust has really helped.

Mitchum as others have said. I stopped using it after I got one of the batches that caused burns but nothing else came close to stopping the annoyance of peri pits so I’m using it again and I’ve no more smells or sweats.
