I have a mirena coil in and I’m 41
take vitamin d, iron and a multi vitamin

random collection of symptoms
knee pain, like throbbing and I hobble getting out of bed in the morning
insomnia and anxiety at night
anxiety - I think? Sometimes when I’m at work or driving, I get a feeling like a flush/faint and I have to turn a fan on full (even though I’m not feeling hot) and have it on my face to help it pass or it feels like I will pass out

had gynae surgery in May which may have damaged some of my ovary tissue, HRT is going to be tricky for me

I have Anxiety and sleep issue. I’ve managed today to convince myself my landline phone in the office at work is recording conversations. Because last week my boss had been a wanker in a meeting. I told another colleague on the phone they were being a wanker! On Thursday the boss wasnt particularly friendly to me as they normally are.
Truth is the phone isn’t recorded, my boss said sorry for her comments. I feel bad cos I said she was being a wanker and I should not have.

but here I am convinced when I go to work tomorrow she’ll be there and I’ll be in trouble
