Effective treatment for menopause acne

I’d be grateful for any recommendations for over the counter/non-prescription treatments that work for menopause-related acne which can be ordered online. I recently broke my leg and live rurally so I can’t get to a dematologist anytime soon. I have pinhead spots and also deeper bumps under the skin on chin and forehead. 😔 Thanks in advance.

You can get an online consultation for Dermatica or Skin+me, you just fill in forms and send pictures. Tretinoin 0.05% has improved my skin.I shope around and take advantage of intro offers / attempts to persuade me back. I probably spend £15 a month.

Ideally you would need a prescription, could you do an EConsult for your GP? They would be able to prescribed based off a photograph. Duac cream is very effective.

Azelaic acid OTC is worth a try, but I think max strength OTC is 15%, I buy skinoren, which is 20%, but I was issued that as I already had a Duac prescription from the GP.

Exfoliate properly with acids, salicylic or glycolic, duac cream and also a prescription cream like skin and me would be beneficial.
Invest in a good led light mask which has blue light as well as red and near infra red
