...did you start having periods again? I am a bit worried that this is a possibility! Thanks.

I did get bleeds on an almost monthly basis, some months barely anything, others a little more like a normal period but only lasted a day or two. Had a check up at the gynae clinic to make sure that nothing was amiss (all fine). Was on Evri Conti continuous patch, lowest dose to start then upped after about 6 months. After 2 years I came off due to other reasons, no bleeding since. I started maybe a year after my periods had stopped.
If I'd have been prepared to try different patches/gels and/or trial different doses maybe it would have settled down but I really could not be bothered. NHS so trying to get appointments and follow ups was just too much of a pain.

The mirena will be your friend. Go for that option and you won’t bleed.

I started HRT 5 years post meno and had one incident of spotting.

I get a very light monthly 3 day bleed at the end of each packet.

It's not a problem and nothing like a 'real' period.

I had two abnormal bleeds post meno which were investigated. I had cysts which resolved without intervention. Then I started HRT for night sweats and no bleeding at all. I am on continuous micronised progesterone and spray estradiol. Highly recommended.

Thanks. I have been prescribed Femity which I think is the same as Femseven Conti in the UK. It has been really hard to get a prescription as HRT is not popular where I live and I am not sure whether I would find any other options anyway. I guess I just have to give it a go...

I did start bleeding a month after starting HRT my period had been absent around 18 months. Menopause specialist doubled my Utrogestan dose and it stopped . For me my HRT journey was very much a trail and error of a few combinations before I found something that suited me.
