Has anyone had any tummy issues with this product? I’m 3 days into my first order of it - and my tummy keeps cramping, I haven’t had diarrhoea as such (sorry tmi!) but when I gotta go - I gotta GO! Plus I’ve been hot flushing worse over the last three nights. Am wondering if it’s a side effect of this product! X

Hmm I took this for a month and didn’t notice anything at all - good or bad - so I stopped. I’m not very sensitive to things though in general

@EEMAW Are you still having tummy trouble? Hope you are ok.

I currently take their Omega-3 supplement and am considering purchasing their Peri Complex, but I am wary about the ingredients.

I have read that Shatavari powder and Molybdenum can cause side effects in individuals, such as gastrointestinal distress (nausea, diarrhoea), allergies etc.. Can you contact the seller or a nutritionist from the company?
Take care x

I started the supplement on Sunday, by Monday night I had a tummy ache - then terrible wind and cramping (tmi - sorry!) throughout the next two days and nights. I stopped the supplement after 3 days, and whilst I still had to go to the loo last night with cramp and wind again - my tummy seems to be settling. I’m really taken aback by such a reaction - as normally I have a stomach of steel and never any problems. I emailed the company and they have requested details of the batch I was sent and have asked me to book in with a nutritionist. I wish I’d read up more on the ingredients. I say approach with caution! X
