Weeing so much! Do I need vaginal oestrogen?

I've always got up for a wee in the night but I'm up to 3-4 times a night now, even with no alcohol and normal amounts of liquid in the day. I was absolutely BURSTING for a wee while out today after a normal amount of tea and water, and weeing twice before I left the house

I've been on HRT (3 pumps oestrogel and 100mg utrogestan)for a year now and I'm feeling so much better all. The weeing has got so much worse in the last couple of months or so. Should I ask the GP for vaginal oestrogen as well as my current HRT?

I'm the same. My hips have deteriorated so my bladder has dropped prolapse. The estriol cream helps a bit.

OP, this was me a month ago. I mentioned it to the GP at my yearly menopause review. They prescribed an oestrogen pessary. What a difference! I am still aware of my bladder being full, but the urgency to wee has hugely lessened. I’m thinking it’s a gradual thing - that as my bladder gets used to being fuller, it’ll not send the same urgency messages to my brain. In the interm though, things have vastly improved so I’d encourage you to ask about it. Btw, I’m also on oral hrt but the GP said that it doesn’t impact on the bladder so now using both. My quality of life and sleep is so much better.
