How long to wait before requesting HRT dose increase?

I started using Evorel 25 patches almost 3 months ago, also have Mirena coil. How long should I wait before requesting a higher dose? I am feeling slightly less irritable however no improvement with brain fog, if anything this seems worse, feeling very tired and flat still, no real improvement with sleep disturbance and still getting a lot of palpitations.

Is it too soon to see an improvement with these other symptoms or best to request a higher dose now to see if that helps?

Dose can usually be reviewed every three months if symptoms not resolved. Not less than that as it takes time for body to adjust and settle after any change but you should be OK to ask for review any time from there
