Hi guys
So I've just turned 44. My periods are good although sometimes come early.
Ive been noticing an increase in anxiety for a while now despite being on meds.
Anyway around 5 weeks ago I started getting these strange head rush type feelings out of nowhere watching tv. Pins and needles and ringing in ears. Saw the doctor, had full bloods that were all good, blood pressure good, ecg heart good. These feelings persistent 2 weeks on and off until one night I had a full blown attack of light-headedness, head rushes, feeling faint, ears ringing, dry mouth and called 111, 2 nights later an even bigger episode that lasted ages. I honestly thought I was having a stroke. I started another thread and a lady mentioned panic attack, to be honest I thought no way as wasnt anxious.. I then had more tests that we're all ok & even paid a private mri scan on brain that yesterday came back as normal. Strange thing is on having the mri scan in the tunnel I came over very bad again which made me think omg this could be a panic attack!! But why? Lots of other ladies mentioned peri as I'm 44. Never have i experienced anything like this! Haven't had a big attack since but still I feel on edge and kinda waiting. Evenings seem worse for me. Just spoke to doctor again he wants me on hrt gel & pessary to try..
Anyone who has any suggestions I'd be so pleased to here
