How are you all managing/coping/treating hot flushes if you can’t have HRT? Have tried antidepressants and epilepsy medication to no avail.
Am currently trying acupuncture which hasn’t helped yet. Desperate at this stage. I’m 62 now and have been having the flushes since I was 50. HRT definitely helped but since having had a Ductal carcinoma in situ I can’t have HRT anymore. They’re the devil’s work for sure!! 🥹

I have the same problem, I saw in the news recently about elinzanetant, a new drug that was approved earlier this year. It doesn’t seem to be available yet but I’m hoping it will be at some point next year (preferably before the summer as that’s when my hot flushes are at their worst!)
