Stick in my side

I keep getting a stitch type pain in my side and I am constipated a lot more than normal. Is anyone else getting the same symptoms and if so how long has it lasted for!

What makes you think this is menopause related?

My digestion has definitely changed and im much less regular than I was. I asked the doctor about it and the gut does slow down in peri. Definitely get it checked out if it bothers you (any change is worth checking) but digestive changes are definitely a thing

This is your new normal. Pretty sure it’s the result of menopause. Despite eating loads of veg and other fibre in my diet, I find my gut needs something extra. I now put a tablespoon of fibre in my breakfast every day. I chose Linwoods Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin and Goji because it’s tastier than just neat flax.
