For ladies here who are menopausal or post-menopausal, can you remember your last period before menopause? Was it light or heavy? What was the flow like? Was your menstrual bleeding longer than normal?
Sorry for asking for too much information.

I am perimenopausal.

NO, sorry.
Thing is I last had mild bleeding probably due to cervical ectropian (sp???), so not technically a period.
that spell of bleeding seemingly due to the CE went on for weeks and was very light.

My periods when I did menstruate were mostly light anyway. And never very predictable.

Even though I had some years of painful periods that could keep me on the floor (until I got amazing meds), on whole I never felt a lot of identity in my periods. they were just a thing that happened in one way then in other ways then other ways then ... eventually stopped.

My last few I flooded… was awful… before that they went to every 2 or 3 weeks when I had been 4 weekly regular on dot…. Everyone’s different though x

Thank you both.
I'm turning 55 next year and wondering when I will reach menopause. I still have monthly periods, but some months they are longer and the flow varies all the time.x

Shorter and lighter. It was getting that way for a couple years before it stopped completely at age 56. Fortunately no other symptoms.
