Spots as first symptom of menopause?!

Having never had spots (even as a teenager) I’ve started to get them at the age of 45. It seems like every morning there is a new one- they’re quite big but only last a day before being replaced with a new one. I have no other meno symptoms. Could this be hormonal and the start of meno for me? Has anyone else had this?

I think this might have been an early peri sign for me. Late 30s / early 40s lots of deep cystic acne along jawline and even on my neck. Then they just went away! I couldn’t figure out why and always wondered if it was a weird hormone thing
