I saw a doctor on Friday and she increased my patch from 50 to 75mg but told me I had to finish the 50 patches before increasing dose. I have had a horrible week with feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Has anyone increased their dose earlier than advised?

It's purely so that you don't waste the 50 patches. Not for any medical reason.

Ask for the scrip to be made up as 25s, or as 25s and 50s, and start using the 25s immediately. Personally, I preferred two smaller patches over one big one, as the bigger the patch the worse they stuck IME.

Or just chop some of the 50s in half to make 75mg doses. As in use a patch and a half from now on until they’re used up.

id move to 75 asap either by cutting 50 patches or getting new 75 ones.

Thank you. My 50 patch is supposed to finish in a weeks time while im lying wide awake again at night and sweating 😂. I’m 41 so this is only the beginning!!!

Just cut some of the 50 patches in half so you get 75.
