Twitching right calf

I notice in the evenings the back of my right leg from the knee down (calf region mainly) twitching all evening.

I suffered bad sciatica down my right leg in 2013 so wondered if it’s back-related, menopause or vitamin deficiency. It’s been going on months.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello.
I had alternating twitches in my calves for a couple of years, on and off. They only happen at night. I read that this is common during perimenopause, and I was a bit scared. Anyway, it went away before summer. Also experiencing itching on my legs.
I had sciatica (right leg) twice in the past.

Get your blood tests done just to check if you are deficient in any vitamins and to assess your overall health. I found out that I was lacking in certain vitamins and had other health issues.

Take care. Hope you find answers.

Magnesium definitely helps with this. I use the 3 in 1 from Nutrition Geeks. Restless legs and random twitching totally gone, much better sleep quality as well.

Magnesium spray really works.
