What kind of HRT are you taking?

Following on from an other thread, I just wanted to find out which HRT everyone has been prescribed? Has it helped at all?
I do not live in the UK and they only prescribe the Estradol patch here. I’m not taking anything at the moment but I have all the horrid symptoms, especially the feeling of detachment from everything, including my family. It’s awful.

Are your patches definitely estrogen only?

There are no ‘conti’ or ‘sequi’ types or any with other ingredients like another hormone in any of them?

What instructions have you been given regarding how to use them?

@TheAutumnalCrow I’m actually not sure. I need to pick up the prescription. All I know is that it’s called Estradiol, it’s the patch and it’s the only kind of patch available here. I’m going to pick it up tomorrow so I will report back.
Thank you all. 🙂
