Almost 3 years since my last period (October), so the right patch for me to combine oestrogen and progesteron and have a continuous patch going.

Still get a few hot flushes, but mainly feel I need my libido back, my skin to not look so old (have lost a lot of weight and use good products, so some of the "sagging face" may be down to weight loss and loss of elasticity, but hoping HRT can tweak things a little too).

Side effects? Unexpected benefits? How long before you noticed it "working"? Sleep improved? Etc.

Hey! Best thing I EVER did. Started 2.5 months ago after 4 years of meno hell, and no longer have any hot flushes, sleep massively improved after first week. Less anxiety, considerably calmer. I wish you the best results 🤗

I’m not noticing any positive changes yet but it’s only been a few months. I’m getting weird pain in knees, mood swings and extra periods since starting. No impact on brain fog or fatigue. Good luck - it’s worked well for some.

I’ve been on Evorel Conti for over 10 years but I’m afraid it’s done nothing to restore libido and I doubt you’ll see any improvement with sagging skin. It has helped with sleep and feeling more on an even keel though. I’m also taking it for bone and heart protection.

I’ve been on it 6 months. Mood is stable , no hot flushes or night sweats, no libido though. I think testosterone is recommended for that.

Testosterone … am on pathway for that but GP says to try hrt patches for 3 months first.
