Magnesium butter recommendations?

Hi, I don’t sleep like I used to and often find my legs are twitchy and annoying! I’ve been researching this morning, and am wondering whether magnesium would be worth a shot?

I like the sound of something I rub in, but are they really worth it? Some aren’t cheap. Budget isn’t an issue, but I hate being sucked into something that is pointless!

If you think a magnesium butter is worth a shot, any recommendations? There seems to be loads out there

Happy to pay whatever to start sleeping properly again…

I take magnesium l threonate and magnesium glycinate for sleep, muscle pain etc
Haven't tried the butters as I wanted a more direct route especially for sleep.

I tried a spray, I think it was Better You on Amazon. (Their oral supplements are good.) I sprayed a little on my legs but it made them so itchy I only tried it twice before giving up.

I use a 3, 4, or even 7-in1 Magnesium supplement capsule now. Whichever is a good price on Amazon basically, as they all seem to help my sleep. Magnesium can cause loose stools and help constipation, so be aware of this too.

Better You magnesium Lotion. I definitely absorb it better than the magnesium oil. Sometimes cheaper on Amazon than direct from Better You.
