I started taking HRT a year ago and I’m aware I’ve been putting on weight. I just weighed myself and am the biggest I’ve ever been. I need to lose about 1.5 stones. I’ve lost weight before but I have very little time these days and 3 kids under 10… does anyone have any good ideas or tips for me? I’m going to start walking to work, swapping snacks for fruit. I don’t really drink anyway. Help!
