Anyone tried Flora Balance supplements from Klyra?

Ive posted about the Naydaya Victory Oil and other meno products are presenting themselves in my Facebook feed.

Has anyone tried these Flora Balance supplements?

I'm a little put off by the BUYBUYBUY tone tho the frank info and user endorsements do look attractive.

And I do like the idea of restoring and rebalancing through nutrition.

It is of course quite expensive even with the discount.

Any experiences/reviews out there?

The only product that works properly on vaginal atrophy is topical estrogen. VA includes internal and external skin.

Estrogen is the only thing that actually changes the cells back to a fully pre-menopausal state. Putting 'probiotics' in your vagina won't help.

UK meno consultants suggest YES brand but only for use in addition to estrogen.

Your GP will prescribe topical estrogen or you buy it - branded as Ovesse.

I wonder if I could use that as well as the pessaries and the evorel patches? Three lots of oestrogen plus a mirena coil.

You can use estrogen CREAM and estrogen pessaries. Plenty of women use both.

The amount of estrogen in them both is minute (which is why they are now available without a prescription.)
Cream can be used internally (it comes with an applicator) and outside too.

If it's easier you can swap the Vagifem for cream . Some women prefer it, others don't. It does work its way 'down' so you don't need to use much extra externally.

Don't waste your money on the alternative stuff. Mostly they are a load of nonsense.

Thank you, I think I'll step away from the alternative stuff!

All the HRT products (tablets/pessaries) give me migraines.. have been looking at IR light therapy and something like this but am concerned the positive reviews are too good to be true. I read a very positive clinical paper but this turned out to be sponsored by the company. Running out of options other than accept being a dried out old hag
