How do you know it’s the end

How do you know if your periods are ending??

I’m 51 and was on HRT patches (Everol conti) for a couple years. They were rubbish in that they kept coming off due to high level sport/sweating I did. I realised I hadn’t worn a patch for over a week so thought I’d see what it was like without them. I feel
fine and it’s been a month.
my last period (on the patches) was super light and brownish. But I’ve had another period since off the patches and it lasted a day and was so light and brown.

is that it?? Is that what happens? Prior to that they were very heavy but getting lighter the last 6 months.

is this normal?? I guess I never knew what to expect.

It's one year since your last bleeding that you're officially at menopause. Exactly how you experience it seems to vary hugely from woman to woman.
