I'm 45 and have some peri symptoms in particular focus issues at work, not sleeping well & exhaustion, muscle cramps at night and night sweats and wispy chin hairs.
I've been looking at supplements - and have bought a pack from nutrition geeks but I'm nervous to start taking them.

What supplements do you take and do you find them useful? Any side effects to watch out for?
I barely take paracetamol, have never been on the pill or mirena or anything that messes with your body so am very wary....

I’ve started Magnesium Glycinate from Nutrition Geeks. Definitely has helped my gut and I’m a lot more regular, particularly in the mornings.
