Hello , I’ve been on the evorel sequi patches for nearly a month , I’m now on the second half of the box using the conti patches (second) for the first week , I’ve been noticing a bit of insomnia but last night was the worst ever , I didn’t sleep all night not even for 5 minutes and I feel really wide awake,my heart feels racing a little and I feel really warm .
is this all normal ? I’m so worried as I never had trouble sleeping and I feel like I’ve had shots of energy. I’m so confused . 😕
