Which magnesium to help sleep

BlueOysterCultGroupie · 02/08/2025 08:16

I already take magnesium due to some other deficiencies, but I'm struggling to fall asleep and also waking early when I don't need to and with a health issue which causes exhaustion, it's not a good combo.

Would appreciate links to specific products too!

Thanks Flowers

Glycinate

Glycinate. 300mg a day. The bulk one is pretty affordable and a decent brand

Ive been using l-theanine to aid sleep. It was recommended by a friend 🧡

Citrate can make you poo, so be careful
