I started tranexamic acid at the start of this cycle to reduce flow - it did this, but period lasted for 10 days instead of 6.
At the same time, I started Evorel Sequei - 2 patches Evorel 50 twice weekly for first two weeks, then 2 patches Evorel Conti for next two weeks. I’m due on on Tuesday, but have come on today. GP told me to start the HRT on day one of my cycle and I’m pretty much on a 28 day cycle usually. Do I change patch to one of the first two week ones today or continue with this month’s patches? If I continue with this month’s patches, will everything end up out of sync? Is it normal for HRT to make period cycle change?
