Has anyone started suffering with this since their hormones went haywire? Does anyone have any tips or tricks about how to manage it?

Have you been referred to a cardiologist?

tigertummy · 01/08/2025 09:13

@JinglingSpringbells Yes I have. I’ve been waiting ages and my appointment is now 2 weeks away

You could try the things they suggest for pots and see if they help = staying well hydrated, eating small meals wearing compression socks/stockings/leggings.

@wonderpetsrus I'm already drinking lots and eating salty foods. I can certainly try smaller meals and compression socks. Thanks
