Help? When to take Utrogestan when changing from conti patches?

Been on conti patches - 2 weeks usual

I am swapping to Utrogestan vaginally.

I am due to change to a conti patch (progesterone) on Sat (2 Aug) - do I start the Utrogestan then for the 2 week cycle?

thank you 🙏🏼

Do you mean continuous?
The 'continuous' part is just the patches that have both hormones in for 14 days.
So the day you'd start those is when you swap to Utrogestan.
