Do you exfoliate and moisturise?

Comes and goes. I found peri worse and mostly on my upper chest and neck but I know many women find it on their thighs.

now I find mostly vulva itch that again comes and goes.

Yes! I’ve always had slightly itchy skin after a shower so have used a body lotion consistently, but the last few weeks have been awful. I’ve tried so many different products but I could quite happily rip my skin off. It’s especially worse at night and is stopping me from sleeping. I’m 58, around five years post menopause and on HRT.

It has absolutely been the worst of my peri and menopause symptoms! It's been going on for years and I DO exfoliate and moisturise.

I take an antihistame before bed every 2 or 3 days and that seems to stop it
