Hi all, so I've been on the same strength of Evorel Sequi since 2021. I am on Evorel 50 strength and the Conti patches are whatever they are.
I believe that I possibly in full menopause by now. I had a very small bleed at Christmas but am sure it wasn't a period.
Old symptoms are starting up again. I'm coming up to 50 in November. But I'm constantly tired despite sleeping, warm flushes started, (I've never had HOT flushes or night sweats), feel unmotivated, depressed.
Would approaching my useless GP to get higher strength of patches be worth it?
My HRT review in November was a quick phone call from a pharmacist, I think last year while I was at work lol. Couldn't discuss anything therefore.
I've tried gel/tablets regime and didn't like them.
