Estriol cream no longer working

My GP prescribed Estriol cream in June as I had constant UTI symptoms without a UTI.
it helped on and off during the loading dose and finally settled after about 4 weeks.
Since last weekend the symptoms have come back. I can’t get a GP appointment and it’s not classed as urgent for an on the day.
Has anyone else had this with Estriol? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, I kept doing loading doses over and over again but every time I reduce symptoms would return. GP then said do another loading dose then mess about with frequency to I find the sweet spot, but then started having symptoms using the pessaries daily. So I now use a pessary everyday and GP has added in estradiol gel externally. Symptoms stopped (including some symptoms I didn’t even know I had!), but then have just been given a new brand of the pessaries and symptoms have started back up again within 3 days of use, so think that brand might not be working for me for some reason. I am going to buy some Gina tomorrow and do a test to confirm it’s the pessaries (or not) as i know those work. So frustrating!

I got a UTI after starting Estriol cream and pessaries (which gave me side effects anyway) and am having trouble shifting it. Am round two of anti biotics with constant symptoms waking me up. I haven't had a UTI for a decade so getting one after getting a cream I thought prevented them is confusing. It's so annoying - I just wanted to feel a bit normal again and now my life seems to be revolving around these symptoms.
