I have used the mirena coil & 75mg evorel patch for hrt for 2 years. I had some abnormal bleeding this year & a hysteroscopy showed an irregular thickened endometrium, but the biopsy was normal. I have also had 2 breast cysts drained a year apart so gynae advised to either drop the patch dosage or add in more progesterone (medoxy something). I dropped my patch to 50mg & am feeling really anxious including physical symptoms like racing heart & dry mouth. Has anyone had similar & took the progesterone instead with better effect?
