Hot wriggly flushes anyone?

I’ve been on HRT for 2 years now and it’s been amazing… no hot flushes, no brain fog, much better sleep, no spots, mood better and more stable.
For the last month or so, though, sleep has been more erratic and I’ve often woken up warm and feeling wriggly. I’ve put this down to the heat but it’s happening on the nights like tonight when it is much cooler too. I imagine I will need to up my HRT dose.
What is confusing me is this feeling of needing to wriggle/squirm or shake my arms & legs. I’m not making involuntary movements. It’s hard to describe but it’s also as if I can feel that blood moving around my body and that it needs a bit of a shake up. Lying still in bed almost feels like torture yet Does anyone else get this? Dr Google is no good just suggesting Taylor Swift or The Wiggles!
My heart rate is fine (about 68), as is my blood pressure (usually slightly low). I am on Mounjaro weight loss injections but have been for over a year with no side effects and am now on a maintenance dose as my BMI is around 25. I have been very sedentary recently.

Just to say I have this spray and it didn’t help me, but compression stocking take the edge off a little

Oh! This makes sense. I used to get this when I was pregnant but it was just it my legs. Now you mention it, it does feel like that but that was just in my legs (so came up on google searches) rather than legs, arms, feet and, as a PP has mentioned, stomach.

I will order some magnesium products now.
Thank you!
