Oestrogel Timing

I have just started my HRT journey and I have been prescribed oestrogel gel, do I need to apply this at the same time every day?

You should try to keep it at roughly the same time but as long as there aren't several hours difference, it's ok. A few hours ( 2 or 3) either way isn't a big deal.

On the leaflet in the pack you can probably find a lot of info about what is a missed dose and how to manage that. The leaflet is LONG but it's worth reading it all - the parts about applying the gel, and how to use it.
