Started it Monday, just 5 days of 2 pumps of the spray so far. Feel constantly vaguely pukey and not very hungry, like early pregnancy nausea, and have had a horrible heavy feeling headache every afternoon this week that isnt shifting with paracetamol. Is this normal? Should I reduce it to 1 spray see if it helps? All advice very welcome!
