Hi , I currently take 62.5 Everol and 2x 200mcg Utrogestan due to having to reduce the Everol due to spotting & thickening of 5.3
I’m under the care of Gynaecology , but I’m just wondering if I’m cutting a 75mcg patch down to 62.5 am I getting the full benefits of HRT
The Gynaecologist said I might be able to get down to 50mcg , depending on menopause symptoms
I have a Menopause Dr who I’ve been seeing the last few years on an annual basis she’s always prescribed my HRT based on estrogen levels which I now know isn’t correct .
