Vaginal oestrogen recommendations please!

Not looking for full on HRT, just some kind of gel / cream to help with dryness.

If you are over 50 you can buy it over the counter at a pharmacy.

Ovesse is a cream you can insert internally and also used externally.
Gina is a tiny tablet you insert.

They both cost around £20 and would last for a month or two.

If you don't want to fork out that amount, see your GP.
