Any luck getting Estradot 37.5mg yet?

Estradot patches obviously couldn't be got for love nor money of late. But the 37.5mg were the last to go out of stock and were predicted to be available again in June/July as opposed to December for the other strengths.

I can see some online pharmacies are now selling 37.5 again but my chemist checked and said they're still out of stock nhad anyone been able to get them again? Wondering if I should just try a different chemist, or even buy online. I've been using Evorel patches for the last two months and can feel some symptoms returning.

I've not been able to get any estradot since last year and even before that I was waiting months for my prescriptions to come in, or having to drive an hour to find somewhere with stock, I've tried getting other strengths but its the same. I'm so fed up, none of the alternatives are working for me and my energy levels are on the floor. The supply chain is anticipated to be interrupted until December 2026, but that was almost impossible to find out

It's so frustrating isn't it @Battyfumworts ? Just a joke of a situation. Everything I've seen online seems to suggest that the 37.5 mg patches were less affected though and like I said, online pharmacies have stock of that one now. Might have to bite the bullet and pay for it.

@Fitzcarraldo353 Yes, it really is. None of the GPs at my surgery, or any pharmacy I've spoken to seem to be aware of the shortage, or reasons why.

Where are you able to order from? I've been looking today to buy some, but not much luck and I'm already having to get testosterone on private prescription. I only need it due to having to have a hysterectomy for cancer, and returning symptoms are just a bloody constant reminder 🙄

None here either - I had them in January, but now I’m using 1.5 Evorel 25mg patches instead. They’re not great because they’re huge and feel very plasticy. The hormones are still hormone-ing so I’m not complaining too much.

My GP said they were having to build a European factory and it could be well into 2026 that it’s back available so I’m not holding my breath for them to be back any time soon.

I've closed the tabs but I googled it and a few online pharmacies had stock.

@OnTheReg that's what I'm on now too. Hate the patches themselves but I do feel like my joint and muscle pains are coming back after 2 months on Evorel.

I work in a pharmacy and yes this is a nightmare item… I try to order it every single day and have even called the suppliers but they can’t give me an estimate so we just have to apologise profusely to our patients. GPs keep prescribing them anyway putting the problem onto us. It’s so tiresome. :( I feel so bad for people but what can I do.

Yes, there was an update on themenopausesupport on IG, hopefully there will be another soon. Really hope it is sooner than the end of next year

So frustrating, I feel really bad for them. None of them I've spoken to seem to have a clue what's going on, so they're just having to deal with the same people constantly calling or going in for something they can't get. At least if the info was passed along they could keep people updated

Pharmacy Planet (online pharmacy) imply it’s available to order but they don’t - same supply issue - but in the meantime they sit on your money for weeks before refunding. 👀

Are any of you heading to Spain on holiday or know people who are? Have bought 6 boxes here no questions asked.

My doctor said exactly the same -that they were building a European factory and it would most likely be 2026. That’s why I’m not really getting my hope up. Very frustrating though.
