Stopped Evorel Sequi now so bloated

I’ve tried all different sorts of hrt then tried Evorel sequi but that didn’t agree with me either so stopped it 5 days ago but I’m so bloated now I look pregnant and clothes don’t fit me , what the hell is wrong ?

What’s not agreeing with all the HRT? It can take a couple of months to feel benefits, what are your reactions?

Sorry meant to add in the first instance, take some antihistamines if you are ok with them, just get on them daily.

I’ve been on utrogestan caps and oestrogel gel , Evorel conti and Evorel sequi .
every one causes bloating and water retention I’ve been chopping and changing for 5 months
