Messed up HRT prescription

So I take my Utrogestan 12 days on and12 days off.

I'm currently on day 6 of my 12 days on.

I've just realised that I've ran out of medication. It's my own fault for not being organised enough.

My prescription won't come through until about Tuesday, by then i would have had 3 days off.

My question is (and I have already messaged the pharmacy, but they haven got back to me) would you class this as the off days now? Carry on without for 12 days?

I've had a slight gap in my utrogestan before and just stayed on the same cycle, didn't change my start date for the next batch. I think as a one off it's fine.
