Hot flushes

Omg it’s torcher, I’m constantly hot, sweaty and irritable, anyone any advice to
ease the symptoms, I’m currently taking HRT but the dose isn’t high enough, currently awaiting doctors appointment

Have you got a handheld fan? I bought this one from John Lewis:
https://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-handheld-foldable-desk-fan-4-inch/p5873998?sshare=jlappdroid. It folds so you can either hold it or stand it on a table/desk/worktop. Don't know what I'd do without it at the moment.
