Is this normal after Mirena?

Hi all. I had Mirena for the first time a week ago along with patches as I’m 45 and have several symptoms of peri. About a day or two after insertion I have had discomfort going for a pee along with the urge to go frequently. I have no other signs of infection, it’s just very uncomfortable. I’m going to phone GP tomorrow anyway but wanted to check if anyone else had a similar experience and what was the outcome? I’ve also felt very fatigued since starting HRT, but I’ve read this is normal while my body gets used to it.

No I didn’t experience this. Call the docs and check. I’ve had mine for a couple of months now. It’s been fantastic.
