Anyone else find Lenzetto to be useless?

I'm several years post surgical menopause and have been giving Lenzetto a good trial at 3 sprays.

Every day I wake up feeling absolutely lousy with high anxiety, low mood to the point of crying and severe aching in joints and muscles. I've tried adjusting timing of dose - makes no difference.

I feel like Lenzetto is extremely weak and probably not working at all. Have any of you had a similar experience?

Yes. I’m finding it’s not having much of a positive effect. Same issues you mention. Been on it for 8 weeks and told to carry on for another month before potentially trying something else.
