"Sweatguard" products

Does anyone use and recommend "Sweatguard" body sprays. I.am late fifties menopausal. GP still trying various HRTs with me, no success re hot flushes/body sweats yet.
Fed up with sweaty forehead & wet neck & back.

Can't answer about the products, sorry, but is your GP offering you a higher dose of estrogen? That's often the solution.
