Hi
Did anyone start with l lenzetto and move onto something you found better?
I’ve been on lenzetto around 2 months and not really feeling the benefits. Few things have improved slightly but feel so anxious. Wondering whether to ask to swap to something else…thanks.

What dose are you taking? I found some symptoms improved for the first few months but needed to increase after a while. I know it doesn't work for everyone though.

Two sprays. Just not having the effect I was hoping for.

Sorry I can’t really advise but am in a similar position. I am on lenzetto and was advised to take 3 sprays but it only made my boobs swollen, not much else, so I take 2 sprays now which avoids that. Oh and I also gained a lot of weight on my tummy since starting. I think I will try 3 sprays consistently then ask about changing or possibly adding in testosterone? I am 46 and wondering if maybe I started hrt too soon and that’s why it’s not a more noticeable benefit.

Op, testosterone is amazing for anxiety. But they won’t prescribe for that reason. You have to say you have no libido to get it!! It’s licensed in the UK for women to treat low libido so you have to present with low libido to get it! But it completely switched off my anxiety.

@Magnolialane Estrogen gel? (Oestrogel)

I’m exactly the same! My boobs feel huge and really sore. Don’t feel like the benefits are outweighing the negatives at all.

This is so useful, thank you! One of my many symptoms is low libido so I’ll definitely go back to the GP and mention it. Glad it’s worked for you. Definitely something to look into.
