I feel like a complete idiot. I have been using Estring vaginal ring for dryness for few years now. Usually mark on calender when I have changed it and when it is due to be changed. I just completely forgot all about it. It has been left in there since January at least I think. Just retrieved it and looked fine. I've obvs not put it back but I don't have any more so will have to do without. I'm off on holiday in 2 days too. What an idiot! I don't think it is as bad as leaving in a tampon so am going to not worry about toxic shock as I feel fine and I don't think I will suffer from any withdrawal as it probably hasn't been working for the last month or so anyways. If anyone has any information on why this will be an issue please let me know. I thought about calling the GP but can never get to speak to anyone anyway.
